7ft. shawl uses approximately 600 yards of handspun two ply yarn,
and usually takes between 30 and 75 hours from start to finish...
Base price for a
seven ft shawl with a six to eight inch fringe,
out of one color or fleece,
using our naturally colored wool...
lockspun, handspun, two ply
without a pattern in a twill, basket, or plain weave is $250...
If I use your own handspun yarn and just weave the shawl - $100
for simple plaids and checkerboard patterns, add $50...
for special fringes, add $50...
for more complex tartan patterns add $100....
for carded, woolen two ply handspun add $50....
for combed top, worsted two ply add $100...
for dyed yarns add $10 per color in pattern....
for additional naturally colored yarns add $10 per color in the pattern....
If a pattern
necessitates the use of a doubleweave in singles, add $250

We use our own
fleeces, and everything is processed by hand,
handspun, and then woven....
this is a pretty time consuming process,
but we're sure you 'll be pleased with the results....
each shawl is a unique piece, and cannot be duplicated....
